A-la-Carte services

Planning a wedding can be exciting—but certain parts may feel overwhelming. If you’ve got most of it handled but need expert support in specific areas, my à la carte services are here to help you fill in the gaps with confidence.

  • Wedding/Event website design, publication, and management: $580.00 + website subscription costs or additional fees on the chosen platform.

  • Event invitation design: $325.00 for up to 5 sample invitations.

  • Invitation printing, distribution, and RSVP tracking: $450.00 + cost of distribution materials such as stamps, paperless post coins, etc.

  • Source vendors & collect up to 8 quotes: $225.00 per vendor category.

  • Source vendors, collect quotes, PLUS review contracts, and coordinate details for the wedding day* (Partial Planning includes this service for up to 2-3 major vendors): $580.00 per vendor. $750.00 for equipment rentals & design vendors (tables, chairs, linens, tableware, etc).

    • This service does not include wedding day coordination or set up.

    • Add wedding day setup & design - Starts at $800.00

  • Venue selection: collect venue quotes, narrow down options within the event budget and overall vision, review contracts, and attend up to 3 venue tours alongside the couple (this service is included in the full planning package) - $1200 + additional fees beyond 3 venue tours.

  • Wedding signage design & printing (printable only) - Welcome sign, directional signs, ceremony signs, general info signs, menus ($75 each). Escort Cards or Seating Chart ($225) + cost of printing.

  • Order & package guest favors (up to 200) - $350 + cost of materials.

  • Welcome bags/baskets - design, purchase, assemble, and deliver - $ cost of materials + $325 for up to 20 bags/baskets ($5 per bag/basket after 20 bags).

  • Planning & coordination of additional wedding-related events (engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, etc) - Starts at $850. The final price depends on the scope of the event.

À la carte services do not include any wedding day execution or coordination. Services are priced individually and are not designed to be applied toward a larger wedding day package. If you choose to hire me for one of these services and later decide to upgrade to coordination or full planning, the cost of those packages will be added to your contract separately—the initial à la carte fee will not be credited toward the new package.
