I hired Claire to be our day-of coordinator for our wedding and she was absolutely amazing. She was extremely communicative and organized from the very first call. Claire was the head coordinator of our wedding and she was an absolute rock star! Supportive, thoughtful, professional, and extremely communicative throughout the whole planning process. She helped us plan every detail, some stuff I wouldn’t have even thought about without her! Day of, it was an absolute dream without any issues (and if there were, she handled it without us knowing; she’s that good!) 10/10, cannot recommend her more. Would give more stars if I could.

My hubby and I had the pleasure of working with Claire for our wedding at Ardenwood Historic Farm in Sept ‘23. From the day we had our first tour on a freezing cold January morning, to driving us around in the golf cart on our big day, Claire was the best. Knowing her & her team would be coordinating our big day helped seal the deal when we were selecting our venue. She is organized, positive, communicative, professional, and an absolute sweetheart. I 1000% recommend working with Claire. Bonus: she’s a legit superhero and was like 7ish months preggo while coordinating our wedding and didn’t skip a beat. We love you Claire! Claire was our go to person when we got married at Ardenwood Historic Farm. She was amazing during the entire planning process and day of. She was communicative, understanding, and extremely organized. Everything you need during a stressful time. I could not recommend her more! Before I was married I was warned by lots of people that something always “goes wrong” on your wedding day. But I have to say, with Claire’s purposeful planning and support, my wedding had zero hiccups and went exactly as we had planned. Everyone who had the pleasure of interacting with Claire during my wedding process had nothing but positive things to say. So, if you need someone to help with any big day, she is your person!

Throughout the planning process, we worked really closely with Claire (and Stephanie). They executed our vision perfectly and ensured the entire day flew by smoothly, allowing us to enjoy the day and not have to worry about anything else.

My personal goal for our wedding was to keep things as low-stress as possible, and from our very first e-mail interactions with Claire and Stephanie, we knew we were going to be in good hands. They were super responsive, getting back to most of our e-mails in under 24 hours (honestly most messages received a response within about 2 hours), and responsiveness is HUGE when it comes to planning any event, especially a wedding, so it was amazing to have them in our corner throughout the whole process.

Claire, Stephanie, and Lindsay were so knowledgeable, professional, and fun to be around. I miss working with them now that the wedding is over! Having them with us on the day of the wedding took all of my stress away. They solved all the last minute problems that arose, kept us on schedule, and checked in on us constantly. I had a very specific vision for the wedding of "secret enchanted garden" and they completely bought into and helped my vision come to life. They also helped add structure to the wedding planning process. They gave us lots of information to help guide us, connected us to the best vendors, and answered all of my many questions in a timely manner. If I had to plan my wedding over again, I wouldn't change a thing.

Claire was wonderful on my wedding day and leading up to it. She was so knowledgeable and organized, I didn’t have to worry about anything on my big day! Claire is beyond wonderful at what she does - you can tell she truly puts you (and your event) first. From the first time I met Claire, she wholly listened to ALL my requests/wants and asked clarifying questions to make sure she could also picture what I was picturing in my head. She’s phenomenal at communicating and answering emails (which is a HUGE perk when you’re planning a wedding haha), and she also knows how to uphold those non-negotiable boundaries when they’re needed (i.e. no one seeing the bride before the ceremony, making sure the bride & groom have a private moment or two after the ceremony, etc.). I’d get married all over again if it meant working with Claire! She’s one of the best in the business.

Claire (and Lindsey) are TRUE professionals and we were so thankful to have them present through our entire wedding day. They executed everything big and small with care. They made sure we had a chance to taste all the appetizers even though we were busy taking pictures (little details). It was just the best experience and I can go on forever about it but I think you get it. I am a fan! A big fan

Claire was our main point of contact during the planning stages and she was so responsive and went above and beyond to get measurements, random information, suggested vendors, etc to make sure the wedding was just as we wanted. Our meetings were timely and productive and it was so fun planning with her and Lindsey. They both have such a hospitable, caring vibe that allowed my husband and I to have peace of mind knowing they have everything taken care of.

Lindsey and Claire were so knowledgable, kind, responsive and helpful throughout the whole planning process and on the day of! With all the stress that comes with planning a wedding, finding vendors who you can trust and who can make any aspect of the process easier is a MUST! These sweet women know their stuff and I felt so much more at ease putting our big day in their hands.

Claire was absolutely amazing the couple weeks before the wedding, and the day of making sure everything went off without a hitch.
